Privacy Policy

• Account data — email address, display name, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and sign-in method such as Google.
• Page and listing data — farm or dealer name, location, description, website, phone, photos, specialities and pricing information you publish.
• Verification data — legal business name, registration or tax ID, country, and any documents you upload for review. These are stored in private storage and are visible only to you and platform administrators.
• Marketplace activity — requests you post, reference photos, messages you send, agreements you sign, and reviews and replies you publish.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage logs generated automatically when you use the site.

• To operate your account, pages, requests, messaging and reviews.
• To run verification checks and display trust badges.
• To calculate and invoice platform fees on agreements.
• To detect fraud, scams, abuse and misuse of the platform.
• To send service messages such as sign-in, security and transaction notifications.
• To improve the platform and understand how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Farm and dealer pages, koi requests, reviews, star ratings and seller replies are public and may be indexed by search engines. Private messages are visible to the participants and, where necessary for fraud or legal reasons, to platform administrators. Verification documents are never public.

• Other users, to the extent you publish it or send it to them.
• Service providers that host the platform, database, file storage, authentication and email delivery, acting on our instructions.
• Authorities, where required by law, or to investigate fraud or protect users.
• A successor, if the platform is sold or merged.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to secure the session, plus basic analytics to understand traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will stop working.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security rules that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk.

We keep account, transaction and review data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Verification documents are kept only as long as needed to support your badge status.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us through the platform to make a request. Deleting your account does not remove reviews you have written or the record of agreements you signed with other users, which may be retained in anonymised or contractual form.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you use the platform from outside the country where our infrastructure is located, your data will be transferred and processed there.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.

The Koi Portal is owned and operated by Atlas Growth Labs LLC, which is the data controller for personal information processed through the platform. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact channel listed on the platform.
