This is exactly what buyers and sellers see. The seller fills in the fish details and terms, both sides can add conditions to the addendum, and both sign before anything ships.

Seller fills in the fish and the price
Description, size, base price, shipping and any extra fees. The total is calculated for you, including the 7% platform fee.

Seller sets the terms
Start from the standard terms below and edit anything — shipping window, live-arrival window, quarantine, cancellation.

Either side adds conditions to the addendum
Buyer or seller can add a condition at any time. The other side is notified and can agree or decline that one line — nothing else changes.

Both sign, seller ships, buyer confirms arrival
Payment is arranged directly between the two of you. After arrival the buyer leaves a public review.
Standard terms (editable)
Sellers can load these with one tap when drafting, then change any line.
1. Fish condition — The koi is healthy and free of visible disease on the day it ships. 2. Shipping — Seller ships within 7 days of payment clearing, by overnight courier, weather permitting. 3. Live arrival — Buyer must open the box on arrival, photograph the fish and report any loss within 2 hours. 4. Quarantine — Buyer quarantines the koi for at least 3 weeks before adding it to a main pond. 5. Payment — Paid in full before shipping, directly between buyer and seller. 6. Cancellation — Either side may cancel in writing before the fish ships; the platform fee is non-refundable once the agreement is signed. 7. Photos and video — Seller sends a current photo or short video of the exact fish before shipping.
Addendum
Anything either side wants added later. One line, one answer — agree or decline.

Accepted conditions become part of the agreement. Declined ones stay visible so both sides have a record of what was asked.
